General Secretary

The General Secretary is responsible for the exercise of the following functions:

a) Managing the human and material resources allocated to the Authority.

b) Carrying out the economic and administrative management of the Authority budget.

c) Controlling the inventory of goods and rights that are part of the Authority capital.

d) Constituting and updating a documentary collection on personal data protection.

e) Drafting the annual report.

f) Organising conferences, seminars and other activities on personal data protection.

g) Managing the Authority's mechanised information systems.

Ms. Ester Obach Medrano is the General Secretary of the Authority.
