RESOLUTION of the procedure of rights protection no. 66/2013, urged madam XXX against a Hospital of the Sanitary and Social Network of Public Coverage of the Generalitat de Catalunya (XHUP)

The claim is rejected because the request of opposition, once received formally by the responsible for the file, solved into deadline and into estimatori sense, that is in the sense of restricting determinate sanitary staff the access to the clinical history, as the complaining person asked.
