The cancellation of the particulars contained in a penitentiary report because the complaining person is not an internal person any more proceeds, the responsible organ has recognized that it does not have any performance either of pending penal execution and also because its penal antecedents would already have been canceled. The consequent blockade is necessary to sustain it as long as they have not prescribed the eventual responsibilities.
