The claim of protection is loved because the Town Council did not solve the requests of access in the deadline of a foreseen month to the effect. Likewise, the Town Council is required so that it complements the information that had facilitated extemporàniament to the claimant, since the one related to a period had also not been facilitated indicated by the claimant.
