Communication of included data to police statements.

The communication to a third person of the particulars (name and surnames and no. of mobile telephone) of the witness of some not made -picked up for the purpose of elaborating the police statement- even the previous ponderation of the rights, without the consent of the witness nor the concurrence of a legal habilitation, in conflict (art. 24.2 and 31.1 LTC) it constitutes an offense severe.
