Denial of access to information about the results of the inspections and controls sanitary and of hygiene carried out in restaurants and bars of a city

The regulations of data protection would not block the access to the information broken down by name and address of establishment related to the punctuation or obtained level into the controls and inspections in matter sanitary and of hygiene carried out in bars and restaurants, without harm that other limits that make the access to this information impossible can coincide there. However, the access to the data related with noncompliances, offenses or administrative sanctions the responsibility of which falls on the titular physical persons of the establishments, would not be respectful with the right to the protection of data.
