The information on the remuneration that a person receives from the production companies contracted by the public company that provides audiovisual communication television services, as a result of his participation in programs or spaces produced by these companies, is not part of the information to which the regime of transparency legislation is applicable, so the limitation of the right to data protection would not be justified. The delivery of this information, therefore, cannot be protected by transparency legislation, without prejudice to the fact that it can be protected by some other legal basis, such as the consent of the affected person.
