Use on the part of the Town Council of the data of the municipal Census of inhabitants to communicate with its neighbors

The Town Council can use the data of the municipal Census of Inhabitants to carry out communications with its neighbors for the exercise of the municipal competences that it has ordered. On it being itself a matter of the development of functions understood in the exercise of the foreseen municipal competences in the LRBRL, the utilization of the personal information can be considered legitimate, on it being about a purpose compatible with that of the Census. In accordance with the principle of quality those data that are necessary have to be treated exclusively to attain the supposed purpose.
