Communication of payroll data of the municipal workers who take part in determinate programs subsidized by the Generalitat de Catalunya

The article 11.2.c) of the LOPD can fit out the communication of the payroll of the workers hired specifically within the framework of a program subsidized, since it is an element necessary for the fulfillment and control of the juridical work relation, that it is born due to the subsidized project. The article 11.2.a) of the LOPD can fit out the communication of determinate particulars of the workers of staff of the Town Council, included to the payroll, whenever the communication of these data is in those extremes that, with regard to its authority of control, the Generalitat de Catalunya has to check out linked. In any case, the cession of the data has to attend at the beginning of quality (article 4.1 LOPD).
