Duty to the Town Council of facilitating the electronic mail accounts to the Inspection of Work electronic of its workers

With the information of what, the access and posterior transmission of the personal information contained in the sent electronic mail and receipts of what to the addresses of corporative mail required by the Inspection of Work, are ordered would count with legal habilitation under protection of the article 6.1. c) RGPD, in relation to the article 18 of the Law 13/2015, of 21 July, ordering of the Inspection of Work and Social Security.
