The article 28.2 of the LPAC allows to the public administrations to consult, without consent of the affected persons, the data related to the members of the household or of communal life, that requires the sectorial regulations, unless one of the members opposes to it or that treats itself of categories special of data. In any case it is necessary to guarantee the information to the persons affected about this consultation or communication, as well as the possibility to oppose to it.
