It is possible not to designate an organ or a person in the service of the Regional Government as DPD of a local entity, whenever the no concurrence of no conflict of interest is guaranteed. In the examined case, since the Regional Government carries out the computerized management of the Census on account of the Town Council, it would be convenient that the designation of DPD was individualized in an organ or a worker of the different Regional Government to whom he takes part in the decision making about the delegated matters or in the implementation of the measures to treat them. The duty to publish the data of contact about the DPD could be attained spreading a direct telephone number, a postal address and an electronic mail address, without including necessarily name and surnames there.
