The Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT) and the School of Public Administration of Catalonia (EAPC) are organizing from May 8 to 13, a new edition of the workshop on commissioning agreements for the processing of personal data. The commissioning agreement is mandatory when an organization responsible for the processing commissions data processing to a third party.
The workshop will delve more precisely into the figures of the controller co-controller and the processor, and will serve to identify the critical points of the regulation of the relationship between the controller and the processor and acquire the necessary knowledge about the content of the agreements.
It is aimed at the technical staff of the central and territorial services of the departments of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the technical staff of the local administration, with prior knowledge of data protection whose functions include the resolution of issues linked to the protection regulations of data
The Data Protection Officer and manager of strategic projects of the APDCAT, Joana Marí, will be in charge of teaching the workshop, which will be entirely virtual.
