The claim is rejected insofar as the data relating to the claimant whose rectification is requested are included in a medical report of his youngest daughter (holder of the medical history) -in the family history section- as information provided by the minor herself and / or her mother when they went to the CAP so that the minor would receive emergency medical assistance; information that the two doctors who signed the report considered relevant to incorporate in order to provide adequate medical care to the minor.
