Cancellation of police record

The guardianship petition is dismissed, given that when the DGP issued the resolution denying the cancellation of a police record, the complainant’s personal data was still necessary in relation to the investigations that motivated his storage. All this, without prejudice to the right of the claimant to re-formulate a new request for cancellation of police records before the DGP.
