RESOLUTION of the procedure of rights protection no. 34/2011, urged by Mr. XXX against the Town Council of Lleida

The claim of protection of the opposition law is loved from a formal optics not to solve the request in the deadline of 10 days, and, as for the background, he loves itself with respect to the publication in the edictal board for having excelled oneself the specified period to the effect, and it is rejected with respect to the publication in the BOP because the edict published in the BOP has to respect the principles of integrity and inalterabilitat.
