Disregard of the right of access by the Medical Emergency System.

It is credited that the SEM did not submit the requested information to the claimant, since it merely reported that requests for access to public information submitted by the claimant on 27 September 2019 and 18 October 2019 were already answered. In this respect, it should be borne in mind that information that has already been obtained from the person responsible for treatment can be requested, provided that the latter application is not repetitive. The claim is estimated and the claimant's right to obtain information about his own data is declared available to the EMS.
