Inaccuracy of the address of notifications of traffic fines and notification by means of announcements

When of the attempts of notification it is found that the address is incorrect, it is necessary to carry out the pertinent actions to obtain the exact address of the person affected before going to the notification by means of announcements published in the BOE. Warning for infringement provided for in article 83.5.a) in relation to article 5.1.a) and 6 of the RGPD.
