Image processing by police forces

The capture by the PG-ME of the image of a person when he went to the police station to testify in the framework of an investigation by the alleged commission of a crime of public disorder; and its subsequent inclusion in the certificate prepared by the PG-ME within the said investigation, is in accordance with the regulations.
