Denial of access to the list of emeritus doctors and remunerations

The right to the data protection would not prevent from giving the person claiming a listing individualized with the perceived annual remunerations by the persons who have been nominated as emeritus doctors of the entity. However, once the terms in which the claim is specified had been attended to, in accordance with the principle of minimization the identification substituting the name and surnames for a numeric code could be sufficient. There would not be inconvenience on facilitating the claimant the identity of the emeritus staff who has the accounting authorized.
