Denial of information about the formative actions of the staff of the Town Council

The regulations of data protection of personal character do not block the access on the part of a union representative and member of the Board of civil servant staff to the information related to the formative lines requested, specifying the foreseen and final budget and the criteria estimated in the assignment of the courses, as well as the detail, for areas, of the name of the persons who have done or will do the courses.
