Denial of access to information about expenses in charge of public accounts

The right to the data protection does not prevent the access and the obtaining of copy on the part of a provincial deputy, of the bills and justificatory documents corresponding to the relation of movements with different credit cards linked to current accounts of titularity public, for the information of which it is ordered on issuing this report about the information contained in the bills and documents justificatory in what it is intended to access.
