Denial of access to information of the persons who are or have been titular of credit cards linked to public between years 2007 and 2016

The right to the data protection does not block the access of a deputy to the listing of persons who have been titular of linked credit cards to|in accounts|bills of the Regional Government and of other dependent organizations|organisms, even if they were it in mandates former to the year of taking over of the person requesting, as a charge|post elect. There is not impediment either in the obtaining of copy of the requested documentation. Once the purpose of the access has been attended to, the cards and the accounts|bills can be identified indicating only some figures of the corresponding number.
