Partial denial of the access in a procedure of university teachers selection

The right to the protection of personal character data does not block the curricula and the educational plans brought by the candidates in a selective procedure to cover several squares of university teachers the access and the obtaining of copy of the contained information. This without harm that in case the information contains data especially proteges have to remain excluded from the access and that if the request of participation or the documentation crediting of the merits contains unnecessary particulars for the purpose of control of the selective process, have to be equally excluded from the access.
