Communication of particulars among different public administrations for the creation of a system of orientation and work intermediation

Within the framework of the project of specific agreement between an Autonomous Organization of the Generalitat de Catalunya and a Regional Government for the creation d’un system d’intermediació and work orientation, the parts s’obliguen to a series d’accions that will entail l’accés on the part of the Regional Government and of the entities local collaborators d’una Network of Local Services of Economic Promotion to the particulars contained freelance in the data bases of l’organisme through two portals. With this motive, s’habilita the Regional Government like person in charge of the treatment, and s’estableixen the conditions that, d’acord with the instructions of autonomous l’organisme, responsible for the treatment, will have to fulfill as such. In the same agreement and collaborators foreseeing l’accés on the part of the local entities in the data bases of autonomous l’organisme, the possibility of outsourcing is regulated on the part of the Regional Government with these local entities collaborators, who would have the condition of sub persons in charge of the treatment.
