Fulfillment of the duty of information and the principle of consent in the collection of data that are carried out with occasion of a participative process

The LOPD fits out the collection for a public administration of the identificatives particulars of the persons who take part voluntarily in a process of participation. With previous character it is necessary to inform the persons affected of the foreseen aspects in the article 5 LOPD through a system that allows to prove the fulfillment.
