The article 162 of the LGT can fit out the communication in the organization of tributary management of the information that he orders the Town Council about a determinate contract of rent of a property, even though it would be necessary to take into account also the motive or the purpose for which the Town Council has that information, in order to check out that the communication to the tributary administration is not incompatible with that purpose.
