Utilization of data of the municipal census for a campaign of blood donation

The utilization of data of the Census in order to send personalized cards to the neighbors of the town for a campaign of blood donation is in agreement with the legislation of data protection (article 4 LOPD), in so far as the treatment is carried out in exercise of municipal competences (article 71.1 of the TRLMRLC) and that the address is a relevant datum.
