LLiurament of information of the Census of inhabitants to the person concerned and to other public administrations

The inclusion in the certificates of census of the identificatives data related to the name and surnames of all the persons registered in a same address to the effects of proving the communal life, at the request of one of these persons, it would not be contrary to the regulations of data protection of character personal, in accordance with the articles 6 LOPD in connection with the article 7.f) of the Directive 95/46/CE of data protection or, when it is proper, with the article 6.1.e) of the RGPD. Likewise, the communication to other public administrations of the identificatives data related to the name and surnames of all the persons registered in a same address to the effects of proving the communal life, it would be neither it upsets to the regulations of data protection of personal character, in accordance with the article 11.2.a) LOPD, in connection with the articles 16.3 LRBRL and 40.1 TRLMRLC, or when it is proper, with the article 6.1.e) of the RGPD, whenever these data are necessary for the exercise of functions of the administration that requires the access.
