Request of a certificate of census on the part of one of the persons registered in the address

The inclusion in the certificates or steering wheels of census of the identificatives data related to the name and surnames of all the persons registered in a same address to the effects of proving the communal life, at the request of one of these persons, it would not be contrary to the regulations of data protection of character personal, in accordance with the article 6 the LOPD in connection with the article 7.f) of the Directive 95/46/CE of data protection or, when it is proper, with the article 6.1.e) of the RGPD.
