Access to the data of name and surnames and NIF of the headline of an establishment

The Law 19/2013 fits out the communication of the data related to the name and surnames of the titular person of a determinate license of activity of an establishment open to the public. However, the divulging of the NIF of this person does not seem in view of the analyzed request justified.
