Communication of data of the central Register of insured persons in an organization with competences on the subject of public health

The regulations of data protection personal it allows to communicate to the competent Agency on the subject of public health, within the framework of performances of the Plan PROCICAT, the data that are evident in the Central Register of Insured Persons related to the name and surnames, it dates since birth, genre, address, assigned EAP, DNI/NIE/passaport, telephone, mobile and electronic mail, to be able to use them with purposes of public health to face the sanitary crisis COVID-19. Equally, the Catalan Service of the Health could also communicate these data to the social services of the Town Council in order to attend to persons who are in situation of high social risk linked to this sanitary crisis.
