Public or private titularity of the files of a Corporation of public law

The files of the Corporation that formulates the consultation will be considered files of public nature, on being all functions that the Corporation, functions of public character, has attributed. The approval of these files can be carried out through an agreement of the Corporation, which later has to be published in the DOGC and notified to this Authority for its inscription in the Register of Data Protection of Catalonia.
