
The Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT) and the School of Public Administration of Catalonia (EAPC), organize from June 6 to 20, a new workshop about the contracts or other legal act to establish the relationship between the data controller and the data processor in a personal data processing. It is a mandatory document in a third party data processing.
The workshop will delve more precisely into the figures of the data controller and the data processor, as well as the content of the processing agreements, and essential aspects of the regulation of the relationship between the data controller and the processor.
It is aimed at the technical staff of the central and territorial services of the departments of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the technical staff of the local administrations, with prior knowledge of data protection whose functions include the resolution of issues linked to the protection regulations of data.
It will be taught by the Data Protection Officer and responsible for strategic projects of the APDCAT, Joana Marí, in a mixed format, with face-to-face and virtual sessions.
