APDCAT participates in #MEMEnginy24, at the UAB

The Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT) participates on April 25 in #MEMEnginy24, the congress organized by the School of Engineering of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) to bring together the business world and students In addition to having its own space to spread the word about the rights, obligations and future professions related to privacy, the APDCAT will organize the conference 'Make privacy your competitive advantage', at 12:30 p.m. Stage Roche. The aim is to deepen the rights and obligations when dealing with personal data, so that future developers of ICT applications and services have key information to apply the regulations correctly. In addition, a practical case will be presented to the audience to learn how to apply privacy by design and by default when launching a project, and the APDCAT Developer Guide that facilitates this task. The data protection delegate and manager of strategic projects, Joana Marí, and the coordinator of Information Technology and Security, Albert Serra, will be in charge of presenting it.
