The Catalan Data Protection Authority is taking part in the “Limits of Privacy” conference on Friday 8 July, organized by the Ramon Llull University Research Ethics Committee (URL).

The session aims to address the limits of privacy from a legal point of view and also from a philosophical point of view, applied to scientific research. The head of APDCAT’s Regulatory Projects and Legal Studies, Cristina Dietrich, will present some cases analyzed by the Authority on data protection in the field of research.
The event can be followed in person in the Auditorium of the Rectorate of Ramon Llull University (Carrer Claravall, 1-3 - 08022 Barcelona), and also online, from 9 am. In both cases, prior registration is required.
