The event will serve to address the criteria and recommendations in the management of clinical documentation and will be held on September 29 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Department of Health's Auditorium. The head of regulatory projects and legal studies of the APDCAT, Cristina Dietrich, will intervene from 11 am, to talk about the access and exchange of personal data in health matters.
