PT 92-B/2015. The complaining person requested the BOPB the opposition in relation to its published particulars with respect to a sanctionative report initiated by the Town Council for offense of the Ordinance of communal life, which was afterwards canceled. Then well, in this case the claim is rejected to consider that the Town Council had already loved the law of opposition and to such effect, he had carried out all performances so that the BOPB reduced the diffusion of its particulars at a minimum, without the absolute suppression of the data published in the BOPB being able to be required, by its unchangeable character. Applied articles: 6.4, 16 LOPD, 33, 34 and 35 RLOPD
