Rectification of clinical history.

The claimant complained that the medical center had not fulfilled its claim to add to the annotations made to its HC by the psychologist who had treated it, certain paragraphs written by itself. The data subject will have the right to have his data completed, provided that this addition is appropriate to the purposes of the processing. In this case, the claim is rejected to the extent that there is no element to question the medical-professional criterion of not completing the clinical history of the claimant in the terms requested by it.
