Request for access to own data and third-party data.

The interested person presented to the City Council a form in which they requested access to their data, and access to data from third parties. The City Council was required to respond to the request for access to its data on the basis of what is foreseen by the GPD; this was without prejudice to the request for access to other people's data as a right of access to public information.
