RESOLUTION of the procedure of rights protection no. 44/2010 one urged against the Distinguished Bar Association of Barcelona

The right to access a copy of the dictated resolution in a procedure in which one has the condition of interested person cannot be subsumed in the law of access of the article 15 of the LOPD, but in the foreseen right to the article 35 of the Law 30/1992.
