Breach of the law of information, since the Town Council collects data of the persons affected without giving the information that requires the article 5 of the LOPD. Breach of the principle of quality of the data, in its aspect of accuracy, since the Town Council associates particulars that would not correspond to the reality of the facts with determinate persons.
