RESOLUTION of the sanctionative procedure no. PS 52/2013, referring to the Institute Montserrat Colomer of the Department of Education of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

The commission of a severe offense for breach of the duty of secret is stated since the Institute sent an electronic mail without using the tool of hidden copy, so that the addressees of the mail could access the address of electronic mail of the different receptive persons of the message.
