RESOLUTION of the sanctionative procedure no. PS 32/2013, referring to the Town Council of Sant Andreu de la Barca.

A first offense is stated, for breach of the principle of quality of the data in its aspect of temporality; and second one for offense of the right of information foreseen to the article 5 of the LOPD, since although in the forms of collection of particulars of the persons who took part in the selection process a clause of information appeared, is considered that this insufficient era because it was generic and did not specify either the file, or the responsible organ, or the purpose.
