Inclusion of excessive particulars on giving answer to allegations in administrative procedure

For answering an allegation of an Association that had been formulated during the phase of previous information of two projects of delimitation and replotting, it is considered excessive to reveal data of the life deprived from third one foreign to the mentioned procedures, even if these data have been brought by another person interested in these procedures.
