The denounced Department issued a report on the work life of the official and presented it as evidence before the court in which a complaint was processed against a resolution of cessation and derived patrimonial resposability. This action is in accordance with Articles 24 EC and 60 LPAC, in accordance with their right of defence. The Department had the right to defend itself within the framework of a judicial procedure, and thus to demonstrate the improperness of the claim of salaries and that the recurrent had held other jobs within the Generalitat.
