Result of the resolution: Set aside/dismissed
The complaint is filed, since although the Town Council did not have a clear legal habilitation that protected the publication of the name and surnames in the agenda and and attached documentation, given the concurrent circumstances (the modification of the RLT was discussed and the affected one could be identifiable for the place that it occupied) is concluded that the facts do not have the sufficient entity so as to impute an offense very much severe. Applied articles: 1 and 3 LOPD; 1 Instruction 1/2009
