Result of the resolution: Set aside/dismissed
The forces and security corps are legitimated to pick up images of persons who go for the public way, always and when they have the preceptive authorization conceded by the General Direction of Administration of Security, and this finds valid. The cameras subjected to the police regime that are set in the foreseen register for the sectorial regulations do not require the creation and inscription of the corresponding file. In turn, the law of information is made established cash in accordance with that by the sectorial regulations. Applied articles: 4, 5, 9 and 11 of the Instruction 1/2009; 9, 11 of the Decree 134/1999; Annex 2 of the Order of 29/06/2001.
