The regulations of data protection of personal character it does not prevent the access to the data that they allow to identify the loaned service, the name and surnames of the beneficiary persons and the concretion of the days and hours of the service of help at home loaned for the Local Board, given the legal forecasts that attribute the Town Council the payment of a part of the cost of the service and of its duties to taxation of the expense.
