Access to the clinical histories with purpose of teaching

In accordance with the Protocol through which destined basic models are determined to ensure and protect the right to the privacy of the patient for the pupils and residents in Health Sciences, published by the Order SSI/81/2017, of 19 January, the medical center, the access to the clinical histories in order to teaching, with the approval of the Committee of Ethics, can only authorize if the requirements of the section are fulfilled 7.2.2 of the Protocol and one of the foreseen suppositions gathers at the legislation of autonomy of the patient and to the point 7.2.1 of the Protocol.
